The Integrated Development Program for the Association of Kokorinsko Municipalities (hereinafter referred to as the "IPR VM SOK"), as the initial project document (hereinafter referred to as the "Project") shall be issued in view of the existing donation title 7 - Countryside Development Program 1999 (Ministry for Local Development, ref. no. 11940-97-22, as amended by 11026-98-22, dated October 5, 1998).

• Organization of general development of municipalities and microregion in view of mutual interests of the citizens and organizations
• Restriction of competition in areas where such competition does not support further development of individual municipalities and the microregion
• Creating condition and prospects of development of the area in view of short, middle and long-term interests with the goal of sustainable development

• to define mutual interests of the municipalities, their citizens and commercial organizations
• to define local assets for the launching of the project
• to optimize local and technical, social and economic conditions
• to define long-term goals of "economic and social policies" of the municipalities as a whole and as individual organizations in compliance with the policy of the supreme administrative region and the neighboring supreme administrative region
• to increase the awareness of common interests and benefits of local citizens and commercial organizations in relation to the municipality and the microregion, including the responsibility for sustainable and environment-friendly development
